Visit from the Tooth Fairy

 

 

Chamberlain wrote a note to the Tooth Fairy asking for lipstick.  She was so excited to put her tooth and the note in her pillow last night.  She did not let me see the note, almost as if it was a test for the Tooth Fairy.  She couldn't wait to go to bed and get up this morning.  6:45 am...everybody up!  The Tooth Fairy came and gave her $5.00 and a tube of pink lipstick.  She was thrilled until Cassidy got a hold of the lipstick.  We had to set rules on the lipstick...no school, only special occasions and playing dress up at home.  I would guess that tomorrow she comes down dressed for school with her pink lipstick on!  She is having so much fun feeling like a big girl today, it warms my heart.
